For whom the bell tolls! | May 26, 2009

The last few days I have felt tired, weak dizzy like I’m going to faint and my eyes wont focus for a few minutes and the worst part, I keep hearing bells ringing like church bells peeling and nobody else can hear them. Oh and I feel cold even though everyone else is walking around half naked.

  1. I sounds very much like you are very dehydrated. I get that way if I don’t drink at least a liter or liter and a half of water every day. Once well hydrated, the ringing goes away to a tolerable level. It doesn’t go all the way away because I have severe tinnitus.

      • Yep. The combination of anemia and dehydration can be devastating for sure. I have to guard against it all the time because I only have one kidney. During the summer, I will up my water drinking to two litres a day.
